Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications with a focus on RESTful services and Spring Boot. You will lead a team of developers, ensure technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will mentor and guide engineers, establish best practices, and drive modernization using microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven Java and Angular experience with RESTful services and Spring Boot.
• Strong microservices background with scalable architecture.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud deployment knowledge (AWS a plus).
• Extensive PostgreSQL experience and data modeling skills.
• Experience with AWS and modern CI/CD practices is a plus.

The Technical Lead in this role will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications with a focus on RESTful services and Spring Boot framework. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of java/j2ee developers in the design, development, and implementation of restful web services using spring boot.
2. Define and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive architectural decisions.
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and drive technical innovation within the team.
