Job summary

Genentech is seeking a 2027 Spring Intern for Pharma Technical Development with an Engineering and Manufacturing focus, located on-site in South San Francisco. The intern will work on projects across Clinical Drug Substance Manufacturing Operations, Process Development Engineering, and data tool development for manufacturing purposes.

This 6-month, full-time paid internship offers ownership of impactful projects and collaboration with biotech leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).
• Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).
• Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student).
• Must have attained a Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects within PTD Clinical Supply Network areas such as Drug Substance Manufacturing Operations, Process Development Engineering, or data tool development for manufacturing purposes.
• Contribute to development of new processes, methods and technologies across production scales in biotechnology.
