Listed below is a snapshot of the responsibilities and expectations for an ENVISION Intern:

• Professional/Technical Competence - Begins to identify issues and applies accounting principles/assurance procedures - Learns to apply Information Technology tools - Receives exposure to the preparation of business correspondence
• Client Focus - Receives direct experience working with clients - Completes various audit workpapers and tasks as assigned; examples include cash disbursements, cash balance year-end testing, accounts payable testing, repairs and maintenance, and other areas as assigned - Foot &reference reports before they are finalized
• Business Focus - Hones communication skills and keeps manager informed of work assignments’ status - Develops strong time and work management skills - Gains a deep understanding of the firm and its capabilities/services
• Staff Development - Fosters environment of collaboration - Learns about and develops a growth mindset and approach to work
• Personal Development - Understands and develops strengths utilizing the StrengthsFinder assessment - Cultivates a sense of importance around engaging in community service and leadership

Listed below are the requirements for ENVISION Interns:

• Must be enrolled in an accounting program (or related major)
• Preference is for students to be a graduated senior by the time the internship commences
• Must have a GPA of 3.25 or greater
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
