Job summary

Central Bucks School District is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach for Spring 2027 at Central Bucks High School – East. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Coach to coordinate the softball program and support secondary students in developing skills and teamwork.

Applicants should have prior playing or coaching experience and a strong commitment to values-based coaching. Must be able to work with student-athletes across grade levels and communicate effectively with staff,

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching softball preferred.
• Knowledge of the sport and willingness to work with secondary students.
• Strong commitment to values-based coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the softball program with the Head Coach.
• Support and mentor secondary students in skill development and teamwork.
• Assist with program planning and scheduling activities.
