The Reliability & Performance Analytics team supports Gulfstream Customer Support by developing data-driven solutions, managing business initiatives, and improving tools and processes that enhance the customer experience. The team works at the intersection of aviation, technology, analytics, and business operations to transform data into actionable insights, support product and program initiatives, and enable more effective decision-making across the organization.
The Collegiate Associate will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and mentorship while supporting a variety of initiatives across the team. This role provides exposure to disciplines including data analytics, project management, product management, program management, business process improvement, and digital collaboration platforms. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that support both Customer Support and Gulfstream customers.
