Job summary

The Kroger Summer Internship Program offers a 15-week immersive experience from January 11 to April 23, with rotation dates that expose students to diverse projects. Interns will assist marketing teams, conduct data collection and research, and develop materials for decision-makers across Kroger divisions.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors and actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university (GPA 3.0 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and digital marketing managers with the development, execution and measurement of campaigns.
• Complete data collection and research, including planning, gathering, analyzing and reporting data.
• Provide research on products, competitors, services, and other informational needs.
• Provide stores and divisions with support materials as requested.
• Compile and organize data, summarize findings and present conclusions to team members.
• Create reports and other documentation in response to inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate status updates and potential issues to the team.
• Participate and provide feedback at team meetings.
• Complete cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present to leadership.

The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 15 week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Rotation dates: January 11 - April 23.

• Provide stores and divisions with support materials as requested

• Create reports and other documentation in response to inquiries or requests in a timely manner
• Communicate status updates and any potentials issues to the appropriate team members
• Participate and provide feedback at team meetings
• Complete cumulative project (summary of internship accomplishments) and present to leadership team

Minimum

• Open to all majors, must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.0
