The Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems business is seeking a Spring 2027 Associate Planner Intern to support our planning and materials team for Spring 2027. This is a part-time internship designed to work around the student’s class schedule, offering hands-on experience in supply chain planning within a global defense and intelligence technology organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior in a 4-year bachelor’s program in SCM, Business Admin, or MBA with a GPA of at least 3.0.
• Part-time schedule with flexibility to accommodate class hours.
• Willingness to move between projects quickly and work well in a team.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning between planning, project accounting, and project management to ensure material support.
• Perform material supply analysis and monitor schedules for improvements.
• Consolidate demand for purchase requisitions and create requisitions from the Master Production Schedule.
• Create reports for program office, customer visits and management.
• Support inventory counts, Kanban material, and shelf-life monitoring.
