Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Master’s degree in a social services discipline (required).
• Degrees may include social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields.
• Enrollment in a Master’s program with internship alignment.

Responsibilities

• Shadows counselors in home- and community-based family sessions.
• Carries a reduced caseload and implements interventions.
• Facilitates individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Utilizes evidence-based practices.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development.
• Accesses clinical trainings.
• Provides transports to various locations as needed.
• Completes documentation in an EMR.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
