Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Aiken, SC is offering a paid Management Internship designed for university students. You’ll work from day one to learn what it takes to run a business, taking on challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The role pays $17 per hour and supports development of leadership and management skills, marketing, customer service, and relationship building with customers and coworkers during a 10–12 week, 25-hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor's degree in May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start February 2, 2027.
• Available to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role pays $17 / hour is located at one of our Aiken, SC locations!

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
