Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Rutland, VT to build leadership and business skills for a spring 2027 internship. This paid, part-time role runs Jan 2027–April 2027 with 15–25 hours weekly.

You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy while learning how Enterprise runs its operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, graduating May or June 2027.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Overview

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a temporary part time position during the spring of 2027 with the hourly rate of pay of $18.50/ hour. Eligible applicants will be available to work 15-25 hours per week schedule within our hours of operation from approximately January 20, 2027 - April 17, 2027. This internship is for May/June 2027 graduates only.
