Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Central New Jersey for graduating seniors of Spring 2027. This is a temporary, part-time role at $19/hour, designed for university students who will work about 25 hours per week during the spring semester.

You'll learn the essentials of running a business, tackle projects, and engage in mentoring, with peers by your side to learn and grow in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree student graduating by Dec 2026.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• New Jersey GDL requirements for first-time drivers/under 21.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work ~25 hours per week during internship.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a fleet of vehicles while gaining hands-on experience.
• Provide excellent service to customers and assist in marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
