Northside Hospital is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. LPNs provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current Georgia LPN licensure, and American Heart Association BLS certification. Preferred units may value additional life support credentials and color acuity as appropriate.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) render direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, in accordance with the philosophy, policies and procedures of Northside Hospital. LPNs participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. LPNs work under the direction of the Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
2. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.

PREFERRED

1. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications may be preferred in specific units.
2. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
