Job summary

Pinion invites motivated accounting students to join as interns for hands-on experience in tax and audit while working with seasoned professionals.

The internship is paid and structured to provide real client exposure, mentorship from staff and leaders, and potential for future employment after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
• GPA 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
• Hours: 24 per week (part-time) or 40 per week (full-time).
• Location: Fully in the office.
• Employment eligibility: Not eligible for sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:

• Utilize technology and data tools to deliver accurate, efficient results.
• Build lasting relationships with fellow interns, mentors, and firm leaders.

What you'll need for this position:

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree program in Accounting (or related field) or enrolled in an Accounting certificate program.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
• Hours: Available to work 24 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time).
• Location: Fully in the office.
• Employment Eligibility: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Compensation:

In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 to $27 per hour.
