Step into the world of mission-critical aerospace technology with Marotta Controls’ Spring/Summer 2027 Co-Op Program. As an Electrical Engineering Intern/Co-Op, you’ll explore real challenges in design, production, quality, and test engineering while contributing to high-performance aerospace and defense systems. From circuit design to testing and compliance, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while being mentored by experienced engineers. Your internship will culminate with a project presentation to senior leadership and opportunities to connect with fellow interns across disciplines. Along the way, you’ll also network with other interns and employees through professional development and engagement events. Internships are available with a variety of teams across the Power and Actuation Business Unit, design, production, quality, or test/development engineering.
This internship/Co-op provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop valuable skills, and potentially transition into a full‑time position based on performance and organizational needs.

Pay Range: $18 - $24/hr
