TREW LLC in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Spring 2027 Electrical/Controls Engineering Co-Op. This temporary, hands-on learning role supports cooperative students in designing and implementing control and electrical systems for automated material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include AutoCAD electrical design, assisting senior engineers, BOM prep, PLC programming, and on-site checkout. Strong team orientation and PLC/AutoCAD exposure are desired.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Engineering Technology or Computer Science.

Responsabilités

• Using AutoCAD for electrical design including device layout, schematic and control panel design and communication architecture.
• Assisting and shadowing Senior Engineers.
• Performing component selection and bill of materials preparation.
• Configuring standard PLC programs for real-time control of automated equipment and collection of diagnostic and production data.
• Assisting in on-site technical checkout of material handling equipment and controls.
