The D.C. Office of Congressman Joe Morelle (NY-25) seeks Spring 2027 interns to support daily office operations and gain hands-on experience in the legislative process. Interns will greet guests, answer phones, record constituent opinions, and assist with front desk duties.

Responsabilités

• Greeting guests and assisting with front office operations
• Answering phones, recording constituent opinions, and processing inquiries
• Conducting Capitol Tours for constituents and guests
• Supporting the Legislative Correspondent with sorting mail and drafting constituent letters
• Attend hearings and briefings, as requested by senior staff
• Research legislation for the Member and legislative team
• Assist with day-to-day office work and other duties as delegated by members of the staff
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
