• Willingness to travel within 60 miles of Pittsburgh.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations with purchase orders, material coordination, and project paperwork.
• Maintain daily reports and weekly project updates.
• Distribute schedules, CORs/COs, and closeout binders.
• Print and distribute drawings to project participants.
• Support subcontractor file maintenance and cost reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and rentals with project management.
