Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an Audit Intern to gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a solid foundation for your career. You will work for multiple supervisors on various client engagements and shadow audit professionals of all levels.

You will apply accounting knowledge using Firm technology, participate in team training, and contribute to marketing or research projects while engaging in firm-sponsored social functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsibilities

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.

What you bring to the role:

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accountingor relatedprogram, two years from graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but notrequired
• Proficiencywith computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel

The salary range for this position is listed below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range:

$30/hr - $40/hr
