Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Spring 2027 Collegiate Intern for the Aftermarket Expediter role. You will monitor AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery, and directly contribute to OTC sales revenues while supporting Parts Sales and Technical Operations.

On-site duties include creating summary reports, coordinating with Purchasing and Planning for future suppliers, and applying classroom knowledge to real-world aerospace logistics projects during a 12-14

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or higher in relevant fields.
• GPA 3.0 or higher listed on resume.
• On-site in Savannah, GA during Spring 2027 (January 2027).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery.
• Directly involved in impacting OTC sales revenues.
• Support Parts Sales and Technical Operations in locating parts for out-of-stock AOGs.
• Create summary reports on outcomes of all AOGs.
• Instill urgency among warehouse, planning and purchasing; ensure conformance to AOG response policy.
• Work with Purchasing and Planning to add approved third-party suppliers for future AOGs.

Juniors: Two rotations required
Seniors & Graduate Students: One rotation required

About the Position

• Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery. .
• Directly involved in impacting OTC sales revenues.
• Support Parts Sales and Technical Operations in locating parts for out-of-stock AOGs. Take ownership of order once order is taken by Parts Sales and Technical Operations.
• Create summary reports on outcome of all AOG.
• Instill a sense of urgency among functional counterparts in warehouse, planning and purchasing. Ensure conformance to and communicate AOG response policy.
• Work with Purchasing and Planning to add approved third party suppliers in order to satisfy AOGs in the future.

Education and Other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester, beginning in January 2027.

2. Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors - 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students - 1 rotation.
5. Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
7. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
