Job summary

BrightView Landscape Services is seeking a Spray Technician to perform applications to turf, trees and shrubs for commercial customers. The role requires independence, strong field knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will mix products, apply fertilizers or insecticides, and communicate effectively with clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of spray experience, knowledge of MSDS, and a valid driver’s license. RT certification and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with chemical or spray applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce quality results.
• Knowledge of MSDS and chemical uses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Service-oriented mindset to exceed customer needs.
• Identify pest issues and apply appropriate chemicals.
• Adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply turf and tree/shrub care products per labels and charts.
• Apply fertilizers and insecticides to turf and ornamentals according to schedule and safety procedures.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Prepare and disperse horticultural chemicals to promote proper growing conditions.
• Communicate with customers about service quality and address concerns.
