Job summary

Texscape Services in Houston, TX is seeking a pesticide applicator to maintain healthy commercial landscapes. You will perform fertilization, herbicide and pest control using approved equipment, and accurately calculate product quantities to ensure effective treatments.

The role requires at least 2 years of pesticide operator experience, a valid driver’s license, and (preferred) a state pesticide license. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial pesticide operator experience.
• Valid driver license required; state license preferred.
• Pesticide license issued by the state preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Nature of Work:

Responsible for the successful prevention and/or treatment of pest and disease presence on commercial landscape.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 2 years of commercial pesticide operator experience


• As required by state and federal law


• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed


• Pesticide License issued by the state where employed, preferred
