Job summary

AllWater is seeking an Aquatic Technician in Boca Raton, FL, to oversee maintenance of lakes, ponds, wetlands, and stormwater systems. You will apply environmental science and field-practice knowledge to protect water resources, interact with clients, and operate boats and equipment.

The role requires a High School Diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. CDL and lifting capacity are pluses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute maintenance programs for clients' aquatic resources, including lakes, ponds, and stormwater systems.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
• Apply best practices and follow operating procedures to deliver services safely and efficiently.
• Learn and implement core principles of lake and pond management, including herbicide application, invasive species management, and water quality testing.
• Safely operate small watercraft and other equipment as needed for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with various types of equipment and report necessary repairs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, particularly when interacting with clients and team members.
