Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a paint line worker to apply paints, lacquers, or enamels to metal surfaces while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the paint booth. The role supports reading shop orders, preparing surfaces, and operating spray equipment as part of a manufacturing team.

The position requires compliance with safety rules, capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements, including respirators and PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read shop orders for paint color and options.
• Operate airless or conventional spray equipment for paints, lacquers, or enamels on metal surfaces.
• Maintain and clean paint booth equipment and area.
• Move products using monorail or cranes as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and ensure passing process checks.
