Job summary

Rabbitte Joinery is seeking a Kitchen Spray Painter to finish joinery components to a high standard in a factory environment. The role involves surface preparation, masking, priming, spray finishing, and equipment maintenance, with some travel possible.

Requirements include spray painting experience, a trade qualification preferred, and strong communication. You will work closely with foremen and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

KITCHEN SPRAY PAINTER

Our Spray painter plays a pivotal role in the success of our business. We require experienced and diligent tradesperson to finish our joinery to a high standard. Preparing and finishing components, you’ll take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team. This is a factory-based role that may include some travel.

DUTIES

• Preparation of surfaces
• Masking panels
• Applying primer and finishing coats using spray-guns, and sanding surfaces between coats
• Operating and maintaining spray booth and equipment
• Ordering of materials for projects and liaising with production manager on this
• Taking deliveries for jobs and discussing requirements
• Use software systems to track and improve processes.
• Follow our procedure in correspondence and ensure that production meets the schedule.
• Confident in problem-solving.
• Conduct quality compliance and safety checks
• Workshop & machinery maintenance
