Job summary

iFOAM in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Spray Foam Technician to install spray foam insulation on residential and commercial projects. You will operate spray equipment, manage tasks from start to finish, and support crew coordination to ensure safety and quality.

The right candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of spray foam experience, knowledge of equipment and installation processes, ability to read plans, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in spray foam or related construction work.
• Knowledge of spray foam equipment and installation processes.
• Ability to read plans/drawings and follow installation requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Industry certifications or product certifications are a plus.

We are currently seeking a Spray Foam Technician to install spray foam insulation and support installation projects. This role involves operating spray equipment, managing job tasks, and delivering high-quality work while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.
