ABS Insulating, a proud member of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking hands-on individuals to join our insulation installation crew. You will help prepare sites, load materials, and install spray foam and loose-fill insulation with safety best practices.

You'll work in a small crew led by an experienced foreman, with training provided for those new to the trade. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork on diverse job sites.

Qualifikationen

• Construction or installation experience is a plus; we will train the right person.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, usually meeting at the shop or sometimes heading directly to the jobsite. After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll prepare the jobsite to safely install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

The Physical Side (So You Know What To Expect)

This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
