Qualifications

• Experience with spray foam insulation in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to operate and maintain spray rigs and proportioning equipment.
• Attention to detail for site prep and quality control.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety guidelines and PPE.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork with crew and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation on various structures.
• Prepare job sites by masking, ventilation, and surface readiness.
• Mix and calibrate spray foam chemicals; monitor temperature and pressure.
• Trim excess foam and seal gaps for full coverage.
• Operate and maintain spray rigs, hoses, and safety systems.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to verify quality.
