You’ll start early, usually meeting at the shop or sometimes heading directly to the jobsite.

You’ll start early, usually meeting at the shop or sometimes heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll prepare the jobsite to safely install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.

You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.

If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Load and track materials on trucks
  • Set up ladders or scaffolding
  • Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces
  • Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation
  • Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean
  • Follow all job site safety procedures

  • Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required
  • Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
  • Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
  • A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

The Physical Side (So You Know What To Expect)

This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
