Zusammenfassung

Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation, a Phoenix-based insulation and HVAC contractor, seeks a Spray Foam Installer to apply open and closed cell SPF in residential homes. You will interact with homeowners, operate the Grayco E-30 Reactor and spray foam rig, and ensure quality workmanship.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, PTO after 90 days, holidays, 401K with match, and company vehicle. Start times vary seasonally, with early morning shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 5+ years' experience in Spray Foam Application.
• Ability to spray a minimum of 1 set per day.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Spraying Polyurethane Foam in open and closed cells in residential homes.
• Maintain and provide proper care for Grayco E-30 Reactor, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun and Spray Foam Rig.
• Wear PPE per OSHA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Keep up to date inventory of parts on Spray Foam Rig.
• Properly cleanup worksite to customer's satisfaction.
• Use floor protection to respect customer's home and ensure satisfaction before leaving site.

We are searching for a Spray Foam Installer:

This position is an Open Cell and Closed Cell SPF in residential structures. Interacting with homeowners to properly install the Spray foam solutions to the specifics purchased by the homeowner.

Position: Spray Foam Installer

Pay Rage: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 40 + hours per week, Monday through Friday

Work Hours: depending on season, 5:00am or 6:0 am start time

What you will be doing:

• Spraying Polyurethane Foam in open and closed cells in residential homes
• Maintain and provide proper care and maintenance for Grayco E-30 Reactor, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun and Spray Foam Rig
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment per OSHA regulations and manufacturer specifications
• Keep up to date inventory of parts on Spray Foam Rig Properly cleanup worksite to customer's satisfaction
• Utilize care for the customer's home with floor protection devices
• Make sure that customers are satisfied with services rendered before leaving site

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (preferred but not absolutely required)
• 5 + years' experience in Spray Foam Application
• Ability to spray a minimum of 1 set per day
• Excellent communication skills
