Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service skills, on the phone and in person.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store/sales team.
• Knowledgeable of basic computer programs.
• Ability to problem-solve and lift 50 pounds; operate with limited supervision.
• Some mechanical experience preferred.
• Small engine repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs on Spray Equipment
• Maintain inventory of spray parts
• Ensuring that high customer service standards are maintained, and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with questions/orders regarding equipment
• Ensures the efficiency of all daily operational procedures
