Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator for Store #704340 in Des Moines, IA. The role is full-time with starting pay of $20.00 per hour. You will repair spray equipment, educate customers and staff, and help ensure customer satisfaction and store sales goals.

Responsibilities include repairing spray equipment at store or on customer sites, inventory maintenance, and assisting customers with product selections and repairs. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams requirements: must have a 3 rating (meets expectations) and complete HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on spray equipment (airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at the store or at customers' job sites.
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
• Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locating out-of-stock parts, as necessary.
