DSM-Firmenich AG in New Ulm, MN is seeking an Associate Operator for spray dry split operations. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay and a broad rewards package.

You will disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, handle wash cycles, and participate in QC checks while supporting packing and safety duties. Required: High School Diploma, 1–3 years packing experience, GMP/HACCP knowledge, forklift exposure, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerance for varied temperatures.

Competenze

• High School Diploma / GED preferred and prior experience handling chemicals.
• GMP/HACCP knowledge relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift and move items and work with chemicals safely.

Mansioni

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment during wash-ups and reassembly.
• Clean and sanitize rooms as needed.
• Titrate chemicals as needed.
• Participate in washing functions during wash times in all areas.
• Accurately package product and perform QC checks including HACCP sampling.
• Move full pallets using a pallet jack.
• Pack powder into bags/super sacs as required.
• Perform QC and safety duties as part of daily tasks.
