Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc is seeking a Spray Dry Packing Operator for the 2nd shift to support batch production and packaging operations. You will monitor equipment, record data, and uphold CIP and sanitation standards while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and ability to lift 50 lbs. with occasional overtime. Shift runs Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a $19.50/hr base plus $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
• Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary
• Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate when something is wrong and to recognize and report the problem.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to learn and consistently complete required documentation and record-keeping requirements.

Starting Salary

Starting Salary : $19.50/HR + $1 Shift Differential Monday - Thursday 1p-11:30p (4 day - 10 Hour shift) The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
