Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Spray Dry Operator to produce spray-dried products in alignment with customer requirements and GMP standards. You will work safely, protect coworkers, and uphold quality and compliance.

You will operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and sifters, handle materials with a forklift, and maintain production records. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, Kosher steps when needed, and adherence to industry guidelines, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare emulsions and operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and sifters.
• Obtain raw materials using a forklift and follow batch cards.
• Fill, label, and palletize containers.
• Clean and maintain equipment, including lockout and disassembly procedures.
• Maintain sanitary compliance in the work area.
• Keep accurate production records.
• Perform kosherization as needed.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, and other guidelines.
• Serve as backup for other trained Spray Dry Operators.
• Other duties as required by the manager.

Position Overview
