Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Spray Dry Operator to produce spray-dried products in line with customer needs and GMP guidelines. You will work safely, support coworker safety, and uphold quality and compliance standards.

The role covers emulsions, spray dryer operation, material handling with forklift, labeling, palletizing, and strict sanitation. Strong attention to batch records and adherence to HACCP/Kosher guidelines are essential.

• Prepare emulsions and operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and sifters
• Obtain raw materials using a forklift and follow batch cards
• Fill, label, and palletize containers
• Clean and maintain equipment, including lockout and disassembly procedures
• Maintain sanitary compliance in the work area
• Keep accurate production records
• Perform kosherization as needed
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, and other guidelines
• Serve as backup for other trained Spray Dry Operators
• Other duties as required by the manager.

Position Overview
