Job summary

A leading agricultural company is seeking a Spray Driver and Custom Applicator to operate spray equipment, mix and apply crop protection products, and maintain equipment. This role emphasizes safety and integrity while contributing to sustainable farming practices. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a background in agriculture is preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and training for a CDL may be provided.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate all spray equipment
  2. Operate computers on equipment
  3. Spray and calibrate crop protection products
  4. Mix, load, and apply crop production and nutritional products
  5. Perform daily vehicle inspections
  6. Handle and deliver bulk and packaged materials, seed, and other inputs
  7. Clean and maintain equipment
  8. Assist mechanic
  9. Maintain application and spray records
  10. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma/GED required
  2. Background in agriculture and/or experience with large equipment preferred
  3. Valid driver’s license and applicable endorsements
  4. Current CDL or ability to obtain one; training provided for the right candidate
  5. Must meet minimum DOT age requirements
