Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. Ardmore, OK is seeking a fueling associate in Transportation. You will safely and efficiently fuel trailers on the lot or at the dock door, following the Shift Manager's instructions.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with exposure to temperature extremes. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass DOT physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a physical abilities test to meet standards of job and DOT requirements.
• Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely.
• Safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently fuel trailers between pads, doors and buildings.
• Reports equipment problems found with fuel truck or trailers.
• Checks refrigerator unit operations to ensure adequate product and temperature integrity.
• Perform lot and / or yard checks.
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Your Role

• Safely and efficiently fuel trailers between pads, doors and buildings on a timely basis.
• Reports equipment problems found with fuel truck or trailers.
• Checks refrigerator unit operations to ensure adequate product and temperature integrity.
• Perform lot and / or yard checks.
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics

• Schedule: Full Time Days Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
• Work Environment: Temperature extremes (summer and winter conditions) working in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.

We Need You To Have

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• Able to pass a physical abilities test to meet standards of job and DOT requirements.
• Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely.
• Safe driving record.
