York Employment Services, Inc. in Corona, CA is seeking a dependable Spot Welder / Resistance Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role joins metal components using spot and resistance welding equipment while following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

Experience in welding or fabrication is preferred and a strong attention to detail is essential. First shift is 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in spot welding, resistance welding or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or manufacturing drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination are essential.

Responsabilités

• Operate spot welding and resistance welding machines to join metal parts.
• Position and align parts, fixtures, and electrodes prior to welding.
• Set up equipment per work instructions and production requirements.
• Perform repetitive welds while maintaining quality.
• Inspect welds for placement, strength and appearance.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications; use measuring tools as needed.
• Identify defects and report quality concerns.
• Maintain production and quality records; follow safety procedures.

This position is responsible for joining metal components using spot welding and resistance welding equipment while following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or welding experience, is comfortable working with small metal components, and has strong attention to detail.
