Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Load, unload, and position materials for production
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
• Assist with general manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures
