Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional video production experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and post-production workflows.
• Experience with Sony FX3/6/9 cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Understanding of social and digital video trends and platform requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Knowledge of NFL rules, history, gameplay, teams, and players.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content from concept to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts including interviews, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists.
• Handle post-production: editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and final delivery.
• Adapt assets for digital, social, marketing, broadcast, and stadium use.
• Collaborate with Content team on social/digital series and tentpole events.
• Maintain organization of production assets and metadata.
• Assist on special projects as needed.
• Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.
