Job summary

AEG is seeking a Video Editor for the LA Galaxy to produce high‑quality post‑production content for digital, social, broadcast, and in‑stadium use. You will manage media, maintain brand standards, and support shoots and events with technical expertise.

The role emphasizes storytelling through short and long‑form videos, collaboration across teams, and delivering timely content with strong graphics and motion design. Pro sports experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4‑year) in Video Production, Media Production or a related area.
• 2–4 years in a videographer and content editing role.
• Experience with a pro sports team is a plus.
• Proficiency in non-linear editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the video team and stakeholders to plan and deliver diverse content across platforms.
• Edit footage to build compelling narratives, with pacing, music, color, and audio balance.
• Support production with extra footage, lighting, audio, and interview setup.
• Execute same‑day edits and rapid-turnaround workflows for matches and events.
• Develop motion graphics for in‑stadium displays and digital channels.
• Design and implement graphics, animations, and subtitling aligned with brand standards.
