Avera is seeking a PRN Sports Programs Coordinator at the Human Performance Center in Sioux Falls. You will oversee program delivery, lead coaching sessions, and work with coaches, physicians, and trainers to optimize athlete performance.
The role requires athletic experience and coaching background, with opportunities to promote and evolve the sports offerings across the network.
Responsible to oversee and coordinate the delivery of Avera Sports programs as directed by Leader. This will include working with athletes including but not limited to small group lessons, one on one lessons, camp offerings, team training, team coaching and management.
The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. Bachelor's from four- college or university 1-3 years of experience specific sports training. High school specific sport playing/coaching experience. Collegiate or professional playing or coaching experience. Skills/camp instruction in small or large group settings.
