Job summary

Fanatics Betting and Gaming is seeking a Trading Associate based in Denver to assist Traders with data analysis, game management, and testing features. You will help improve betting models and pricing while collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver a scalable customer-centric experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a passion for sports, and the ability to translate data into probabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or currently pursuing one.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to understand and interpret data, translating that data into probabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Traders with data analysis, game management, and testing features.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement within the Trading department.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver a data-driven betting experience.
• Support and develop strategies to put customer needs at the center of Trading decisions.
