Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks a Trader I for the International Sports Risk team in Denver. You will help create compelling betting propositions, analyze data, and build AI tooling while monitoring live risk and collaborating with Quants, Product, Engineering and Operations.

You will work closely with traders across teams, ensure customer-centric strategies, and apply sports/math knowledge to optimize in-play risk KPIs. Hybrid collaboration and a data-driven mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into probabilities.
• Understanding of live odds movement and market efficiency.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment experience encouraged.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee live risk for International Sports.
• Contribute to testing new sportsbook features and trading models.
• Assist automation/AI initiatives and identify optimization areas.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, product, and engineering teams.
• Develop data-driven trading strategies to improve KPIs.
• Ensure customer-centric trading strategies across Fanatics platforms.
