Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Must pass E-Verify.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Driving sales and respond to customer inquiries.
• Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, and other departments.
• Merchandising and compliance of all company policies.
• Setting promotional signage and maintaining a stocked sales floor.
• Training newly hired associates and directing sales staff.
• Inventory control and enforcement of loss prevention policies.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Support other departments as needed.
