You will gain hands-on experience across departments, lead associates, and develop skills in customer service, merchandising, and store administration in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and basic math abilities.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to comply with E-Verify.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Drive sales and promote add-on products.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, and other departments.
• Merchandising and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Train newly hired associates.
• Inventory control and loss prevention enforcement.
• Support store team in daily operations.
