You will gain hands-on experience directing team members, executing promotions, and managing daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Drive sales and answer phone calls while responding to inquiries.
• Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, and other departments.
• Train newly hired associates and supervise sales staff.
• Inventory control and enforcement of loss prevention policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
