Job summary

UFC Gym in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Personal Trainer with Sports Recovery Specialization to deliver high-quality private and small group training, drive revenue for Personal Training and supplements, and provide outstanding member service. You will ensure safe, effective sessions, manage scheduling, and promote UFC Gym’s Train Different philosophy.

The role emphasizes recovery-focused training, client assessment, program design, and maintaining a professional training space while advancing

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design along with experience in recovery.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Document daily workouts for liability (adherence to national certification standards)
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts, etc).
• Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions and manage appointments.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
• Respond professionally to requests from guests, members, and staff.
• Achieve personal revenue objectives in sessions and supplement sales.
• Lead prospecting activities and conduct starter sessions.
