Job summary

Sports Physical Therapy - SPT in Bellingham, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our open-gym, movement-focused clinic. You will treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions and coach therapeutic exercise under direct mentorship, with progressive independence.

You'll collaborate with the Clinic Director, enjoy a flexible schedule, and benefit from a strong team environment, 4 weeks PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading.
• Use objective tools (VALD force plates and dynamometry) to guide progression.
• Apply manual therapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on case progression and clinical decision-making.
• Complete documentation efficiently during the workday.
