Faculty Physicians Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Sports Physical Therapist - Orthopaedics to deliver PT services under general supervision.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, setting goals, and developing and executing individualized treatment plans in accordance with PT principles. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree plus five years of PT experience, or a Master’s/Doctorate of PT, Maryland licensure, and optional SCS certification.

• Bachelor's Degree plus five years of physical therapist experience, or Master’s Degree, or Master's equivalent, or Doctorate of PT, required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of Maryland is required
• Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) Therapist is preferred but not required
• Phy sical Therapist pursuing SCS specialization is required if applicant is not a SCS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree plus five years of physical therapist experience, or Master’s Degree, or Master's equivalent, or Doctorate of PT, required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of Maryland is required
• Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) Therapist is preferred but not required
• Phsycial Therapist pursuing SCS specialization is required if applicant is not a SCS

Total Rewards

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
